We want this to be fair and low-risk. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work for Muno Mirror™ orders.

Full refund before your kit ships

Because demand is high and kits may take a little time to ship, you can request a full refund before your kit is dispatched, no questions asked. Use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.

Prefer to wait? 10% back

If you’d rather keep your spot while we work through the queue, you can choose to wait and we’ll credit 10% back to your original payment method as a thank-you. You’ll find both options (refund or 10% back) in your confirmation email.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime, cancellation stops all future charges.
• You can request a full refund of your first payment before your first kit ships.
• Any test already paid for in the current period remains available to you.

How to request

Use the management link in your order confirmation email, or contact us at contact@muno.bio. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
